FAQ

When will my rewards be delivered?

Your purchases are processed immediately. Once your payment is complete, please allow up to 15 minutes for all ranks & items to be sent. You must be connected to the server in order for your rewards to be delivered. If you do not receive rewards within 15 minutes, contact a member of staff on the PokeResort Discord!

What does "Oasis", "Breeze" and "Sunset" mean?

Oasis, Breeze and Sunset are the 3 PokeResort servers. When you make a purchase on our store, please ensure you select the correct server under each category. Rewards will only be delivered to your account on the server you select. If you need help picking the correct server, contact a member of staff on the PokeResort Discord!

How do I pay without a PayPal account?

No PayPal account? No problem - you can complete your purchase as a guest instead. Select PayPal at checkout and click the gray "Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit" button on the PayPal website. This will allow you to pay with any credit/debit card! If you need help with your payment, contact a member of staff on the PokeResort Discord!
